Beth Honig's Bio:
Beth Honig is a self-starter who worked her way up from mangaging projects at business management firms to co-creating and managing two businesses herself. Beth's first business, frozen yogurt shop Berrylicious, opened in 2009 and provided a variety of flavors for the trendiest snack of the moment. The Jewish Star featured Berrylicious in a story about the yogurt "addiction" sweeping Lawrence, New York, where the shop was located.Beth Honig's other business endeavor was in fashion, an industry she has known and loved (through all of its changes and trends) for decades. She and co-founder Debi Rudensky brought The Emperor's New Clothes, a cosignment shop offering designer brands, to the forefront of the fashion scene in Cedarhurst, New York. It now deals with hundreds of people on both local and international scales.Beth also runs the Edward and Beth Honig Family Foundation with her husband, Ed Honig. The two have always believed in giving back to their community, and the Foundation is the perfect outlet for them to support important causes.
